In the present article are reflected the current condition and dynamics of medical and social-economic indices with the purpose of definition of influence this factors on a situation in sphere of reproductive health. We are selected and analysed the parameters determining reproductive potential of the population. It is given his estimation for areas with various specificity of social and economic development which, certainly, will help to define concrete actions on his preservation and strengthening of reproductive health.
