At present time considerable attention is paid to the problems of calculation and optimum design of structures with the required set of properties [1–3]. The problem of optimum synthesis of composite structures providing the limiting possibilities for extinguishing the temperature field is studied. In this connection one the important problems is searching of perspective ways of the most effective control of the intensity of heat influence on the basis of the directed choice of the structure of a composite construction. Problems of the effective limiting extinguishing of the temperature field on the basis of the directed choice of the structure of the heterogeneous medium are of special interest. At that the effective extinguishing of the temperature field can be realized on the layered heterogeneous constructions having a sufficiently complex structure. The existence of qualitative regularities in the interrelation of parameters, describing the structure of optimum composite constructions, is established. The above regularities served as the basis for developing the effective methods of investigating the limiting possibilities of composite structures for extinguishing the temperature fields.
