About influence of the dispersion on conservation laws in mechanics of gas, liquid and solid

Probability kind of the law of the angular moment conservation in rarefied gas and influence of the angular moment variation for the another conservation laws are investigated. Sufficiency of the physical model and algorithm for the numerical solution are analyzed by the kinetic theory help.
