The model of surface pattern recognition by copolymer

We propose the mathematical model of pattern recognition by a copolymer on a surface. The pattern consists of active centers specifically distributed on the surface. The copolymer primary sequence is complementary in relation to pattern. The model is based on a calculation of statistical integral and appropriate probabilities. The algorithm for the calculation of conformational probability is based on efficient recurring procedure for the computation of configuration integral of chain macromolecule. There are introduced the conceptions of a probability of a recognition and a temperature of a recognition. The dependencies of a probability of a recognition on the temperature are calculated.
