Thе influence of dispersion in problem of aerodynamics

It is discussed consequences which we have by adding to equation of kinetic theory variation of the angular momentum for particles in an elementary volume. It is defined relation between the conservation laws in continuous mechanics and the variation of the angular momentum in an elementary volume for fluid and gas.
