Interpolating technique based on the iterative scalable smoothing

This paper presents a new interpolation technique based on the iterative scalable smoothing. Convergence of the method is proved and effective algorithm is constructed and under consideration. Numerical comparison with several well-known interpolating methods is conducted in one-dimensional case by stochastic simulation.
