The results of numerical modelling of dynamics of turbulent wake with small total excess momentum in linearly stratified fluid are presented. The calculation results show that the wake with small momentum imbalance (of order $\pm 10\%$ from total excess momentum in the wake behind towed body) generates internal waves which are differed insignificant from the waves pattern in momentumless wake. As in the case of homogeneous fluid, the small momentum imbalance essentially influence on the degeneration of defect of averaged longitudional velocity component.
