Research of the natural convective flows in the vertical cylinder is carried out on software complex JoinCADVFEM by means of the joint solution of regularized Oberbek–Boussinesq equations in speed-pressure variables. On the basis of classical realization of a method of finite elements (FEM) are received the numerical solutions describing two and three-dimensional flows in a vertical tube with closed butts of different temperature. At development of flows from a balance state a series of transient modes from symmetrical flows up to a system of vortexes in a channel is received. In the cylinder under similar conditions the system of cells of smaller number with screw weakly oscillation flow of counter streams of cold and hot air is developed.
