Mutual influence of planar parietal electrodes streamlined by plasma

With the help of numerical simulation methods, there was investigated the mutual influence of electrodes placed on a dielectric plate streamlined by slightly ionized plasma. Using the large particle method, the zone of excitation near closely located (adjacent) electrodes was calculated. Decrease of density of a current on electrodes is revealed in process of approach of them to each other. Depending on the parameters of the task, this decrease may be up to 50% or more.
