Deterministic approach to the description of bubbles considering advertizing campaign

The approach to the description of bubbles, offered by S. V. Dubovsky, is developed. The task of maximization of the Organizer's final bubble depending on a constant price of the Organizer's obligations and constant rate of investment in bubble advertizing campaign is stated and solved in cases of constant and linear rise of the bubble.
