Numerical study showed that a simultaneous influence of a discrete and a continuous random process on the full FPU recurrence dynamics in two parametrically coupled identical chains of vibrators having open ends and different initial conditions leads to the stabilization of the FPU spectrum. Increasing the amplitudes of both noises by one order doesn't lead to considerable changes in their FPU spectrum. Worth mentioning a specific feature of the full FPU recurrence interaction in coupled chains with a discrete and a continuous noise of a medium that is manifested in appearance of extreme low frequency periodic processes in a stochastic dynamics of the medium having the frequency by two orders lower than the lowest frequency in the initial conditions.
