Creation of a finite element by a method of assembling from sublements

A method is presented of constucting a finite element with assigned characteristics, enabling account the influence of features of the structural design or medium without essential increase of nodal displacement quantity. Rectangular finite elements with an opening and a cut when bending the plate are given as an example.
