Electric probe in turbulent flow of plasma

The influence of turbulence on features of electric probes in weak ionized plasma was under investigation. 3D large eddy simulations and stochastic simulations of turbulence for cylinder and plane probes are performed. The calculations show a decrease of current on a cylinder probe in turbulent flow.
