The scattering process of the chamber walls of the stationary plasma thruster is modulated in this work. Parameters of ions falling on the wall are determined in this way. Plasma parameters were obtained near the thruster (20 external radiuses) by means of the program “Jet” created earlier. This solution was used as boundary condition, which was extended from the chamber wall by means of the collisionless regime. The scattering coefficient was introduced to describe the interaction ions with walls. Experimental dependence of the volume scattering coefficient from energy and angle of falling ion puts down into the computer member. The diffusion law of the scattering and the collisionless regime of the motion of the scattering component was consider. The distribution of the flow density of the scattering component and the full quantity the scattering substance which flows through this orifice for control time (1000 h) may be obtained. The accuracy of this method is discussed.
