Сomputational mechanics and problem of environment preservation

Results are presented of solving problem of environment preservation with using method of computational mechanics and physical gas dynamics. With the help of mathematical simulation of investigated processes theoretical aspects of the formation and neutralization of toxic components in high-temperature moving media are analyzed taking chemical kinetics into account. The problem of propagation of toxic components in the atmosphere due to jet flows in the vicinity of exhaust pipes is considered. Some results of computer and experimental studies are presented and novel methods for neutralizing toxic components are recommended. The results of introduction of the methods in various industries are presented.
