On implicit kinetically consistent schemes

A new derivation of both explicit and implicit difference schemes describing viscous gas dynamics is stated. The derivation is based on the kinetic BGK model. Validity of the technique for calculation at low Mach number flow is studied. The boundary layer at a plate has been simulated for the Mach number $\rm M=0.01$.
