Simulation elastic and inelastic collisions of atoms and molecules for fast molecular beam scattering

Simulation of a dynamic picture for atoms and molecules scattering was performed. Elastic collisions and inelastic electron excitation were taken into account. Systems of three spherical symmetrical potentials (one ground and two excited) were used. The goal of the work was to reproduce qualitatively peculiarities of differential cross sections for elastic and inelastic collisions and energy loss, spectra obtained in fast molecular beam scattering experiment.
