Finite difference method for simulation of diffusional-electrical phenomena

A model of the processes of transfer in an electrochemical cell is used. It is founded on the methods of thermodynamics and on the equations of an electromagnetic field. Difference method for approximate decision of proposed equations is constructed and is investigated. Numerical simulation of electrochemical fields in a copper plating solution for the regime of nonstationary current is carried out.
