Finite element simulation of thermoemission in electron guns

A numerical modeling of the thermoemission processes in the spherical diode and electron gun is made by using of the program code SFEMA. The problems of numerical model correctness are considered, the main model's parameters influence on the calculation results is investigated and recommendations for choice of them are produced.
