A~separation of particles transferred by horisontal force action in liquid with convective opposite flow in vertical canal

A problem of two-phase medium motion in vertical canal has been considered. The medium is a liquid with known profile of velocity and small heavy particles, situated in the liquid. The transfer equation is solved taking into consideration a gravity, Stoks friction of liquid, constant horisontal force $F$ and Brown pressure. The expression for mass flux across canal has been found. The model suggested can be used for investigation of redistribution of ferromagnetic particle concentration in a magnetic fluid in the external magnetic field $H$. If magnetic field $H$ and liquid temperature gradient $\operatorname{grad}T$ are constant and perpendicular to canal wall, then thermomagnetic force $F$ is also constant, perpendicular to canal wall and moves particles to the ascending liquid flow. It is shown that mass flux through canal section may be directed against gravity. It minds that particle transfer upwards is possible.
