Algorithm of mesh formation in the boundary element method for plane regions

Algorithm of triangulation of an arbitrary plane region is described. It is directed to minimize a number of mesh elements with preserving of mesh high quality. The algorithm applications are given for the triangulation of complicated plane regions.
