A simplified mathematical model is proposed for concentrations of charged particles involved in atmospherical photo-chemical processes at altitudes from 15 to 100 km. A model presents a system of eight ordinary differential equations. Charged particles composition is reduced to electrons, four species of positive and three species of negative ions. Effective rates of ions transformation are nonlinear multiparametric functions in particular depending on electron and ion concentrations and ionization rates. Model is used for quantitave description of ionospheric plasma parameters dynamics both in silent and strongly disturbed atmosphere. Comparison with experimental data is presented.
