The existence of the effect of the reconstructing of flow due to interaction of shock wave with a thin but long density perturbation (“thermal layer”) was shown by numerical simulating. The MGD-shock was assumed to be parallel and fast one. The flow stability criterium was constructed. New not selfsimilar regime, which took no place in the absence of magnetic field, was discovered.
