Computational study of the influence of the external temperature fields on the interface form in the process of the monocrystalline growth by vertical direction crystallization method

This paper deals with the influence of temperature field on the interface form of phase transitions in order to obtain the conditions a mono crystalline growth by method of the vertical directional crystallization. The heating condition, in which the interface form is slight convex to the melt is proposed. The influence of the natural convection and thermal conductivity of ampoule's material on the interface form is studied.
