Numerical simulation of the external temperature and magnetic field influences on the interface form in the vertical directional crystallization technique

This paper considers the influence of rotational magnetic field and thermal conditions on the interface shape in the method of the vertical direction crystallization. The conditions in which the interface is slightly convex to the melt is proposed. The comparison with results of physical modeling is presented.
