The one-dimensional code BETAIN for simulating of pulse intense electron or ion beams interactions with multilayered metal targets has been developed. Elastic scattering, fluctuations of losses in inelastic scattering and appearence of secondary electrons are included in electron transport model. Elastic scattering for ion transport model is neglected. Target material behavior is considered according to elastic-plastic model and wide-range equation of state. The expansion in ortogonal functions for kinetic equation solution and Wilkins method for hydrodynamic equations are applied.
