Effect of electron-electron interaction on hot electron transport in $n$-GaAs

Influence of electron-electron interaction on drift velocity, average energy and valley population vs electric field characteristics in $n$-GaAs (ГLX-model) is studied. It is found that, under considered approximation, the effect of electron-electron scattering on drift velocity nonmonotonously depends on electron concentration.
