Combined difference scheme at obliqueangled cell for the elliptic operator

Difference scheme for the elliptic operator combining properties of early constructed scheme in regions with smooth solution and new monotone scheme in large gradient regions is proposed. Results of numerical calculations at several oblique meshes are presented.
