Mathematical modeling of a neuron net on the basis of the equation with delays

A mathematical model of a neuron net is suggested in this paper. It is based on a neuron activity equation deduced by the authors on the ground of biological premises. Problems of long- and short-term memory (STM) are considered. Some quantitative peculiarities of STM are imitated on the model. Analytical and computer research of the system dynamics is carried out and biological interpretation is given.
