Two-node market under imperfect competition

We consider Cournot auction with uniform nodal prices for a two-node market. The structure of each local market is an oligopoly. We show how the type of Nash equilibrium depends on the transmission capacity. We investigate the problem of the optimal transmission capacity computation for the market.
