About one problem of conflict control with incomplete retarded information

For conflict-driven dynamic system, the problem of optimal feedback control with incomplete information about the dynamic obstacle and retarded inaccurate information about the values of the phase variable, which characterizes the current state of the system, is considered. The problem is formalized as an antagonistic differential game of two persons. The method of program stochastic synthesis and the method of extremal shift to attendant points are used for solving this problem. The optimal control strategy is derived.
