The disadvantages related to the study of probability theory and combinatorics in the school mathematics course in Bulgaria and the reasons for the need for methodical development of these topics are determined. Mathematics textbooks have been analysed. Ideas are proposed to overcome existing problems. Определено е състоянието на въпроса, свързан с изучаването на Теория на вероятностите и Комбинаториката в училищния курс по математика в България и причините за необходимостта от методическо разработване на тези теми. Анализирани са учебниците по математика. Предложени са идеи за преодоляване на съществуващите проблеми.
