This project is focused on the stochastics models and its application in the medicine, the insurance, the austrophysics and on the simulations models and its application in the social sciences and in the thermo-hydraulic processes in nuclear power plants.The project includes six work packages in which research teams adapted the models to the real data collected of three doctoral students, two post-doctorants and four acknowledged scientists in the field of mathematical modelling. Представеният проект е фокусиран върху стохастични модели и приложението им в медицината, застраховането, астрофизиката и върху симулационни модели и приложението им в обществените науки и в термохидравлични процеси. В проекта са включени шест работни пакета, в които са разработени математически модели, адаптирани към реални данни от изследвания на трима български докторанти, двама постдокторанти на четирима утвърдени в областта на математическото моделиране български учени. Резултатите от изследванията на участниците в проекта са публикувани в 8 специализирани списания с импакт фактор и 36 – с импакт ранг, докладвани са на повече от 20 престижни международни конференции. Защитени са три дисертации за придобиване на ОНС ”доктор“ и са хабилитирани двама от пост-докторантите, участници в колектива.
