This course is addressed especially to the professional development of teachers in the field of probability and statistics. The course content is related to the new school syllabus in mathematics and more precisely to the part related to the probability theory and statistics. Our efforts are motivated by the deep conviction that statistical reasoning is a compulsory skill for making an informed choice. We present statistical methods using real data and computer software (Microsoft Excel 2010) to introduce the most popular graphical methods for depicting data and emphasizing on the interpretation of the results of the most common statistical methods used in data analysis. Този курс е насочен специално към професионалното развитие на учителите в областта на вероятностите и статистиката. Съдържанието на курса е свързано с новата учебна програма по математика и по-точно с частта, свързана с теорията на вероятностите и статистиката. Нашите усилия са мотивирани от дълбокото убеждение, че статистическото разсъждение е задължително умение за вземане на информиран избор. Представяме статистически методи, използвайки реални данни и компютърен софтуер (Microsoft Excel 2010), за да представим най-популярните графични методи за изобразяване на данни и да наблегнем на интерпретацията на резултатите от най-често срещаните статистически методи, използвани при анализ на данни.
