The object of a paper is one of the specifics of the online competition “VIVA Mathematics with a Computer”, having been organized since 2014 by the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians and the telecommunication company VIVACOM. The problems given at this competition are often accompanied by auxiliary GeoGebra files, which help the participants to better understand and solve the problem. The article shows, on the base of some examples, how these files contribute to the simultaneous development of both the digital and mathematical competence of students. These files are also a handy tool for promoting among students, teachers, and parents the importance of educational resources based on specialized dynamic software. Разглежда се една от спецификите на онлайн състезанието ”VIVA Математика с компютър“, което се организира от 2014 г. от Института по математика и информатика при Българска академия на науките, Съюза на математиците в България и телекомуникационната компания VIVACOM. Задачите, давани на това състезание, често се съпровождат от файлове на GeoGebra, които подпомагат изследването и решаването на съответната задача. В статията е показано с конкретни примери, как тези файлове допринасят за едновременното развитие и на дигиталната и на математическата компетентност на учащите се. Тези файлове са и удобен инструмент за популяризиране сред ученици, учители и родители на образователни ресурси, изработени със специализиран динамичен софтуер.
