In this article stage by stage performance of biomechanical justification of a choice of a rational method of diagnostics and treatment of bone fabrics on the basis of calculation of their parameters intense the deformed condition and the put-forward criteria of decision-making is considered. The developed system allows to receive in a semi-automatic mode individual solid-state model of bones on the basis of pictures of the computer tomogram of the patient and selection of basic data to fulfill biomechanical steady model of a bone fabric and biotechnical system. In article also it is told about the user interface, about technical possibilities of system and information filling.
