On the Chen character of $\delta(2)$--ideal submanifolds

In this paper we characterized {ıt $\delta(2)$--ideal submanifolds} $M^n$ in ambient Euclidean spaces $E^{n+m}$, ($n\ge 2, m\ge 1$), which are at the same time {ıt Chen submanifolds}
