Box 60, 34000 Kragujevac, Yugoslavia (Received March 8, 2002) Abstract. This paper is about the analysis and synthesis of typical sentences taken from advertisements. To be more precise, it is about the analysis and synthesis of the sentences-advertisements in which somebody looks for, rents out, lets out, buys or sells an apartment, office or land. The chosen advertisements are written in a form of complete and grammatically correct sentences. First, their detailed syntactic analysis was done, according to the groups they belong to, and after that, the formal grammar for a chosen fragment of language is defined (see [1]).
