Abstract. This paper is about the analysis
and synthesis of typical sentences taken from advertisements. To
be more precise, it is about the analysis and synthesis of the
sentences-advertisements in which somebody looks for, rents out,
lets out, buys or sells an apartment, office or land. The chosen
advertisements are written in a form of complete and
grammatically correct sentences. First, their detailed syntactic
analysis was done, according to the groups they belong to, and
after that, the formal grammar for a chosen fragment of language
is defined (see [1]).
