Applied-physics problems of the generation of broadband surface coupling antennas of the long-wave band

The paper deals with the problems of constructing a radio link of low-speed band that can be used in northern regions. We consider the possibility of using mobile stations of cable ground antennas as a transmitter. A method for computing its parameters and distant control of its size is presented.
