We introduce relative and summarized indexes of an isolated fixed point of a smooth flow on a compact stratified sets, which satisfy to conditions of Whitney. We prove the theorem similar to the Poincare–Hopf theorem on the sum of indexes. We describe necessary and sufficient conditions of existence of a flow with a given set of the indices of the fixed points.
