On a class of kinetic equations for reacting gas mixtures

We consider a general class of kinetic equations for real gases with (possibly) multiple inelastic collisions and chemical reactions. We prove the existence, uniqueness and positivity of solutions for the Cauchy problem and obtain the conservation relations for mass, momentum and energy, the $\mathrm{H}$-Theorem as well as the law of the mass action.
