Dans cette note, en utilisant les notions de d�formation et contraction des lois d'alg�bres de Lie et Leibniz, on montre que les vari�t�s alg�briques des lois d'alg�bres de Leibniz complexes et de Leibniz nilpotentes de dimension sup�rieure ou �gale � 3 sont r�ductibles.
