Sufficient Condition for Tangential Transversality
Journal of convex analysis, Tome 27 (2020) no. 1, pp. 19-3
A general sufficient condition for tangential transversality is proved. The underlying idea is that in many cases the uniformness of the local approximation of a closed set can be used instead of some suitable compactness assumption.
