Local Strong Convexity and Local Lipschitz Continuity of the Gradient of Convex Functions

Given a pair of convex conjugate functions $f$ and $f^*$, we investigate the relationship between local Lipschitz continuity of $\nabla f$ and local strong convexity properties of $f^*$.
