Résumé

The article is aimed at researching the innovative development of the Russian economy as a direction for the development of economic science. The development of economic science occurs along with the development of social production. The development of Russian economic science can be traced from the moment of the formation of Soviet power to the collapse of the Soviet Union. It should be noted that the tasks, in different periods, were different and radically differed from each other, ways of solving these tasks also required a modern scientific approach that meets the requirements of the current state of the economy. As a result of the research, the directions of development of economic science were identified, using the example of the work of the section of economics of the department of social sciences, and the results of the work of the Russian economy in different periods. For a comparative analysis of the results of innovative development of the economy in different periods, indicators were used that reflect the volume of investment in production, lending, changes in refinancing rates, and gross domestic product at different stages of economic development. In addition to the above indicators, in order to assess the impact of the development of economic science on the development of the economy, indicators characterizing the effectiveness of the introduction of innovative technologies are considered. This study is aimed at further analysis of the innovative development of the Russian economy on the basis of the development of economic science.
