The article proposes a new approach to the development of an automated system of monitoring, control and management of production at the enterprise, based on the integration of control system components. The purpose and functions of the automated system of monitoring, control and management with optimal integration of components and with the possibility of data processing are formulated. The methods and algorithms of support of management decision-making, providing increase of efficiency of the investigated class of systems are considered.
