The paper discusses the basis for defining the main parameters of creating a database of vulnerability of territorial systems to landslide processes. The authors propose an approach to the representation of the data at the stage of conceptual (infological) design. The current principles of determining the parameters in the inventory of landslide processes are analyzed schematically
