Making decision during analysis with low structure data of bionanostructures aimed at defining their potential applicability is grounded on the model of data representation. Information for the model is the result of the collection, sorting and summarizing of texts by the basic analytical service, which generates sets of benchmarks for description of the properties of the system in the model.
Keywords: bionanorobotics, decision-making support system, elemental base of nanomechanics, models of data presentation, text processing, base information and analytical service, thematic labels.
