In the article the analysis of landslide activity in the basin of the river Chegem, a right tributary of the Baksan river over the 25-year period (1990-2016) is presented. At the same time on 3 separate areas of formation of HNP main landslide areas ( left and right sides of the rivers) and areal and linear objects of the human business activity in the area of the landslides are determined. The data on landslide areas, namely: their total number, including the modern developments in the areas where economic objects are situated is shown in several tables. These data will later serve as the basis for the creation of databases on landslide activity and will result in the numerical integral estimates for the actual landslide hazard.
