The article considers a three-sector model of dynamics of social and economic system development of the region. Dynamic statement of a mathematical model of industrial and agricultural sectors of region production and model of dynamics of scientific servicing of production is provided. Simplified model of separate agricultural enterprises is provided also. The possibility of aprioristic information accounting by means of the integrated equations is demonstrated.
